The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They were cleaned daily, and the bed linens were always fresh.

i booked an Hotel in the same area few month before my trip, after arriving to the hotel i realized the the room it was no even close to my room, i decided to change the hotel. the staff of nupera help me to accommodate me despite of the family size and the season with affordable price they gave us special treatment. we really appreciated.

The position first. The service we were offered was excellent. The boy who works there, named Suat, was very kind and allowed us to use a bathroom even if we checked out some years before. The staff is kind and friendly, we enjoyed our time there and will surely go back whenever we are in Istanbul!

The location is good located close to metro and tram station, the area is safe and silent! I would recommend to those who want to visit Istanbul to stay in a such warm welcomed hotel NUPERA!

Lovely hitel. Staff were excellent , especially Suat. The staff always greets with a smile. They are helpful, and friendly. Hadn't have an trouble to coummincate easily.

The staff was extremely helpful and catered to everything that was needed. The location of the hotel is as central as it gets with this budget, just 5 minutes by walk from Taksim Square. It was super clean, the cleaning lady Fatima is very nice and cooperative as well.
